All our products shipped to EU Member States will be lOSS ready. That means you don't have to pay VAT again or import fee. For buyer from Non-EU Member Countries, all our parcels are shipped via consumer ePackets. Though chance is small, import taxes, VAT, duties, customs fees, and other handling fees may be charged when the parcel arrives at the destination country. Local custom reserve the rights to sample and check product value.

The handling time usually takes about 3 business days to process the shipment detail and then handed over to our shipping partners. The shipping times varies depending on your shipping countries. Typically to Major Europe and US, it usually takes 8 to 14 days after dispatch while the rest of world is around 8 to 21 days.
